At ROLLER SKATE, we want to ensure you find the perfect glide, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn gear in its original packaging. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, our hassle-free process ensures you get back on wheels as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Skates

  Place the skates and accessories back in their original branded box, ensuring all tags are attached and the product shows no signs of outdoor use.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
